Away Day at UCL East
We recently spent an inspiring and energising away day at UCL East, bringing the team together for a valuable opportunity to step back, reflect, and look ahead.
The day was filled with big ideas and meaningful conversations, creating space for us to think creatively about our shared goals and the opportunities on the horizon. Through a series of team-building exercises, we strengthened our connections, built trust, and gained a deeper understanding of how we can best support one another.
A key focus of the day was planning for the future. We explored upcoming opportunities and potential projects, mapping out where we want to go as a team and how we can get there together. These discussions sparked new ideas and helped align our priorities moving forward.
We also took time to reflect on how we work together day-to-day, discussing new ways of collaborating more effectively and sharing information across the team. By identifying practical improvements, we’re excited to build more open, efficient, and connected ways of working.
Of course, no away day would be complete without great food and plenty of informal moments to catch up, recharge, and enjoy each other’s company.
We are incredibly grateful for the energy, creativity, and enthusiasm everyone brought to the day—it’s what makes this such an amazing team.
