Professor Pia Hardelid (UCL), Principal Investigator of the Kids’ Environment and Health Cohort, recently spoke at a Health Data Research UK and ONS webinar, featured in a new ADR UK blog.
Alongside Professor Rich Fry (Swansea University), Pia presented research on how environmental factors, such as air pollution, housing conditions, and access to green space, affect health across the life course. Pia introduced our cohort and explained how the first phase will be available to accredited researchers from March 2026.
The event highlighted how linked administrative data can drive real-world impact, with both researchers emphasising the importance of cross-sector collaboration and producing policy-relevant insights.
