Dr Niloofar Shoari, a Senior Research Fellow at University College London Institute for Childs Health, attended the Urban Transitions 2024 conference. The conference brought together leading global experts in urban and transport planning, architecture, environmental health, climate change, and public health to address key challenges and innovative solutions for creating healthier, more sustainable cities.
Niloofar discussed how researchers will be able to use the Kids Environment and Health Cohort to explore associations between urban development and the physical and mental health of children and young people.
